Can you tell us a bit about your company and what you do?
My co-owner and I started Bar Jules as a small, neighborhood restaurant with a vision of creating a warm, welcoming space where people could gather to enjoy great food with friends. We want to create a feeling of community, and that’s what drives everything we do here.

Our team shares a passion for the craft of hospitality, from the kitchen to the bar. We’re driven by the desire to make each visit unforgettable, whether it’s someone’s first time dining with us or their 100th. We want every person who comes in to feel like they’re not just eating out, but truly being looked after, which is what we believe the heart of hospitality is all about.

What was going on before you found Tebi? What kind of issues were you facing?
Before we found Tebi, we were wasting so much time trying to manage multiple systems that just didn’t work well together. Each system worked as a piece of the puzzle, but they didn’t communicate, which created constant headaches. We were dealing with duplicate data entry, mismatched records, and endless manual workarounds that only frustrated our team. What kind of results or changes have you noticed since using Tebi?
The real-time tracking and reporting features have given us greater visibility into sales and cash flow, making it much easier to manage finances. We can now make more informed decisions and faster. Also, we saved a lot of money with the reservation system. It’s connected straight to the POS and the customer notes and allergies are automatically seen by the entire team, which works wonders. It’s exactly what we needed!
